It was good talking to you last week.

We have been very pleased with the three people that you have recruited for us.

[Name omitted], our Service Department Manager, has everything up and running smoothly. He has reinvigorated the sales mentality. Contracts were up twenty percent last year, and we are planning for a thirty percent increase this year.

[Name omitted], the first sales engineer that you recruited is having an excellent year. He was instrumental in helping sell a large design/build project on a light industrial project. His direct sales effort to new and existing customers is also doing really well. We are finding that chiller replacements are coming along at a much slower pace than we had planned.

[Name omitted] is about to complete his first year with us as a design/build sales engineer. He has adjusted to our culture very well. He has used his sales and engineering skills very effectively. He was given the opportunity to do a design/build project at an automobile plant through a general contractor. We are now sales source with the plant.

These three people have upgraded our sales and engineering skills, and we look forward to a bright future together. As we continue to grow, we will be calling on you for additional help in our recruiting efforts.
